Yes, we are idealistic. While we recognize that some people equate “idealistic” with “unrealistic,” we don’t think the two concepts are mutually exclusive. Realistically speaking, how do you make the world a better place without idealism?
Do we really believe that a small, unobtrusive company and a mere handful of people can change the world? We offer a quote from the esteemed anthropologist Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Each and every one of us changes the world, whether we intend to or not. We plan to do it intentionally–and with as much idealism as it takes.
